“Krump is definitely a feeling that people catch,” says dancer Ennaolla Paea. “It’s this underground misunderstood community.” The Lighthouse is a dance crew from Ōtara who are using Krump Club to support and inspire youth. “We just help them dream. Yeah, Krump is there, but it’s what it can be a catalyst for that matters.”
