There are 12 new community cases of Covid-19 today, all in Auckland.

Ten of these cases have been epidemiologically linked to known clusters of the virus.

Testing has shown the Upper Hauraki cluster remains isolated to four people in one household.

Ten of yesterday's 18 positive cases had exposure events. All of these cases were in Auckland. An updated list of locations of interest can be found here at the Ministry of Health site.

There are 13 people in hospital, two in the North Shore, five in Middlemore, and six in Auckland. Four of these are in the intensive care or high dependency units.

Vaccinations hit five million doses yesterday - with 1.8 million people having received both doses.
