Hikooterangi Curtis just placed third in the world in the 16-17 year old age bracket at the World CrossFit Games in LA, held in July 2021.

He arrived home to Aotearoa to spend two weeks in MIQ only to come out into a level 4 lockdown. 

His drive and his kaupapa are all about hauora: staying healthy physically, mentally and spiritually.

He talks about what it was like to come home from such a high-energy kaupapa to MIQ, and his tips and tricks to maintaining a healthy lifestyle while shut inside.
